*Tent stakes cannot be driven into any RFK parking lot surface. Any tent constructed at RFK will need to be weighted down by sand/water barrels (to be provided based on tent size) or the like. Tents must receive permits through DCRA. For permit information, visit www.dcra.dc.gov.
